Dahlonega Georgia Newborn Photographer- Knox’s Newborn Studio Session
Tiffany and Justice are friends of a client of mine who recently did maternity and newborn photos with me. When they started looking for a newborn photographer, they just loved my website and pictures, but were unsure because it is a great cost and investment. Overall it was a tough decision for them, but they decided to go ahead and book with me because these first photos and memories were important for them to capture and ultimately they knew they would be happier with the photos.
As luck would have it, I also hosted my first Content Day for local photographers at Loft 33 and Tiffany happened to be the right amount of pregnant to come in and be our maternity model for the day! She looked stunning and it was just in the nick of time as she went into labor just a few days later, and baby Knox joined their family.
Tiffany and Justice wanted a clean overall look for their session, so we kept things very bright and neutral. They also wanted to make sure we had a lot of family photo options while we were there. We wrapped Knox in an olive green wrap and we began in the front room of the studio with some profile pictures as well as some close-ups of the new family. We moved to the couch to get some more casual lifestyles pictures of the three of them.
Next we wrapped Knox in an antique white wrap and we moved to the back room to use my new arch backdrop that I am absolutely in love with. Justice and Tiffany were also wearing antique white and it made such a beautiful tableau together. We were able to get some individual pictures of Justice and Tiffany with Knox as well as more of them together. We moved back to the front room for some final family photos in front of the flower wall and the mirror.
Finally it was time for Knox to shine. We added a bonnet and placed him in a basket with a white blanket in front of the window to start out. We also got some absolutely adorable close-ups of his sweet little face. We took the wrap off and gave him some tummy time on the white blanket before draping him in the same olive green blanket we used earlier for some more tummy and side pictures. By this time he was awake and so cute so after getting some more close-ups of his eyes, we changed him one more time into a very rustic romper and bonnet set for a few more casual pictures of the whole family.
Justice and Tiffany were so happy with all of their photos and options and they purchased a matted framed picture and an 8x10 keepsake box set.
