Northeast Georgia Maternity Photographer- Tyliyah and Kelvin’s Studio and Outdoor Session

Tyliyah has been following my work for a while now. She is also a photographer local to the Atlanta area and she has seen my photos on social media and through my website from a friend of hers. She always knew that she wanted to have a full experience when she was pregnant. She loves the locations I use and the style of my photographs, and she has never had her own photos taken. She wanted to have fine art studio photos as well as photos with a mountain backdrop and the sunset. She and her husband Kelvin are expecting a little boy, and I was so excited that she trusted me to help bring her vision to life.

We met at the studio to do our studio pictures first. Tyliyah started off in a fitted black dress from my client closet that is so versatile and really shows off a beautiful maternity belly. We captured some pictures of Tyliyah on a darker backdrop including some profile pictures as well as some photos of Kelvin and Tyliyah together.

Next Tyliyah changed into one of my current favorite flowered dresses and we got some dramatic photos of the couple. Finally we played with some draping and we took photos of Tyliyah in a dusty rose material as well as some gray material in front of the arch backdrop.

Now it was time to move to the outdoor locations. Our first stop was at our local Lake Zwerner reservoir. It’s such a picturesque location and always photographs so well. Tyliyah wore a tan cotton Bohemian dress from my client closet. We took some photos next to the woods and along the water line. Then we moved to the bridge over the lake for another look to add to the options.

Finally we traveled to the Summit mountain backdrop and Tyliyah changed one more time into a cream Bohemian dress. We were able to time it perfectly and we were able to capture an absolutely stunning sunset with some beautiful colors on show.

Tyliyah and Kelvin loved their photos and they purchased a 16x20 acrylic and a 10x10 heirloom album. They were so happy to have a wonderful experience and keepsakes as they prepare for their baby boy to be born.
