Suwanee Georgia Maternity Photographer- Kimberly Brown’s Outdoor Maternity Session

Kimberly and her husband Morgan wanted a striking outdoor session for their maternity photo session. So, what better place to meet than Montaluce Winery? Kimberly added on hair and makeup to her session, which is always such a good way to feel pampered and ready. With the time change it can be hard to pinpoint when the sun will set, so the sun was setting while we were in the middle of our session. However we were able to get some beautiful “blue” hour photos that ended up matching their wedding photos so they loved that!

However, I wanted to reschedule them for a second session a little earlier in the day because I also wanted them to have some pictures during the “golden” hour also. I’m so glad I did this because we got some amazing variety in the photos.

Utilizing my portable client changing room, Kimberly was able to use several different dresses from my client closet. To start out, Kimberly wore one of my favorite boho lace dresses to capture that natural vibe that I love so much. For these we took the photos on a beautiful old stone bridge and around the stone buildings.

Next up she changed into a beautiful gold boho gown. For this dress we were able to capture some dramatic images just of Kimberly as well as some of Kimberly and Morgan together in front of the vineyard. After these Kimberly wore a fitted black off the shoulder gown that always adds lots of elegance and drama to photos. So of course for this dress we had to venture into the vines for some beautiful up close pictures.

Finally Kimberly wore a deep teal vintage boho gown. This dress NEVER disappoints and it allowed me to capture some stunning images of Kimberly and Morgan and just of Kimberly complete with a dramatic dress flip.

Kimberly and Morgan loved the variety of images we had, and they purchased a 20x30 canvas as well as a 10x10 acrylic album. I know these photos will be a treasured item in their lives for many years to come.
